Our in-house design team use autocad design software.

This software allows Total Floor designers to quickly and accurately input and analyse structural floor framing. It tracks vertical loads through the structure and develops sizing solutions, material lists, framing plans and installation details. The software uses advanced structural design and product selection techniques to pick the most appropriate and cost-effective materials for the customers' specific building needs.

Once the floor has been designed further detailing is carried out ensuring all engineered wood products and accessories are correct. Then professional, engineered working drawings are produced that are fully scheduled and priced.
