Part of a gated community in KUT Telegraph Cottage is a high class residential development being undertaken by Peninsula Construction with a market value in the region of £6 million pounds. Working in conjunction with the company’s architects Total Floor provided designed and manufactured floor solutions on three levels. The floors were delivered to a Just in Time schedule which greatly enhanced build speed and site storage issues.
